Quality measurement
We regularly carry out quality measurements of our postal services to ensure that they meet the applicable quality standards and legal requirements.
Results
According to section 5 of the Postal Services Act (2022/60), Quality standards for universal services:
"Letters posted within Åland and intended for a recipient within Åland shall be delivered so that at least 50 per cent reach the recipient on the fourth working day and at least 97 per cent on the fifth working day after the posting date."
The latest measurement, carried out by Posttjänster on [date], shows that 100% of items arrived within four working days.
