Our mail management services
On My Page you can also see your current address and active services, if your personal identity code is registered. Log in and identify yourself with your online banking codes. You can also order mail management services using a paper form that you pick up and hand in at one of our service points.
Note! The Preferred pickup point and Preferred delivery location services can only be ordered via My Page.
Change of address
Used when you move permanently, to forward your mail to your new address. At the same time you can make the statutory notification of move to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.
