Customer-specific solutions

• Each solution is agreed individually and priced based on how far the mail carrier has to deviate from the regular mail route.
• The service can apply to a single recipient in a detached house or all recipients in a block of flats. For blocks of flats, the route deviation is measured to the nearest flat, and all flats are invoiced the same fee.
• Recipients with reduced mobility can have their mail delivered free of charge if a medical certificate confirms the need. Mail is then delivered to a mailbox placed by the door, at the driveway or path to the house, or directly through the mail slot of the flat. Please note that the service only applies to the recipient's regular address, and all recipients in the household must have a medical certificate for the service to be granted.
• The service also includes newspaper delivery for customers living in areas with morning and Saturday delivery.

Mail to your summer cottage

Do you spend a lot of time at your summer cottage in the summer and want your mail delivered there? With Åland Post's summer mailbox delivery service, it is easy to arrange.

• Free delivery
  The service is free of charge if the summer mailbox is close to other "year-round mailboxes", or if it is along the regular delivery route and the distance to the nearest "year-round mailbox" is more than 1 km.
• Delivery for a fee
  If your summer mailbox does not meet the criteria above, you can still get delivery to it for a monthly fee, based on the number of months you want to use the summer mailbox.

Remember that you need to set up temporary mail forwarding!
