Due to the security situation in parts of the Middle East, postal delivery chains are affected.

Currently, it is not possible to send mail from Åland to to the following countries:
Algeria, Australia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Philippines, United Arab Emirates, Iran, Israel, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Morocco, New Zealand, Pakistan, Qatar, Tanzania, and Vietnam.

Due to canceled flights, significant delays may also occur in postal services to several other countries.
