Porto-Betalt
As a customer, you sign an agreement with Åland Post and attach a posting list (delivery note) each time you hand in items, stating the number of items and their weight. The items must be handed in to Åland Post and cannot be posted in a mailbox.
The Porto Betalt mark with your specific agreement number must be printed or stamped on the envelopes and address labels or on the parcels. Åland Post then invoices you for the number of items posted.
Prices - Letters
With Porto Betalt there is no minimum invoicing amount per posting and no invoicing fee. VAT is added to items within Åland. Other countries are exempt from VAT.
