Returns and forwarding of goods items

A new transport fee is charged when a goods item is transported again because it is returned.

Parcels forwarded to Finland, and parcels that are not picked up, are charged a redemption fee equal to a new transport fee.

Forwarding of parcels within Åland is free of charge.

Customer return (for individual items)

A customer return is a letter or parcel that the customer returns postage-free to a business that has an agreement with Åland Post. If the customer wishes, the agreement can cover individual letters or only parcels.
