To access our intranet as an Åland Post employee, you need a user login. We have gathered that information here.

Log in to Ziik, our new intranet

Workplace is closing down. We are switching our intranet to Ziik, and you should log in now. All important information from Åland Post will be on Ziik from now on.

NOTE! You need an Åland Post Microsoft account/username to log in to Ziik.
Have you not received your Microsoft username? Talk to your line manager, or contact Stefan in IT and he will help you.

HOW TO log in on your phone/app

  1. Download the Ziik app, tap the Ziik icon.
  2. Enter ”alandpost” in the ”Your company" box.
  3. Enter your Åland Post Microsoft username and click Next.
  4. Enter the password for your Åland Post Microsoft account.
  5. Last step: approve the request in your authenticator app or with an SMS code – DONE

HOW TO log in on your computer/the web

  1. Go to https://alandpost.ziik.io/ in your web browser.
  2. Click the blue button and only use "Entra login" (do NOT use "Log in with your Ziik account")
  3. Enter your Åland Post Microsoft username and click Next.
  4. Enter the password for your Åland Post Microsoft account.
  5. Last step: Approve the request in your authenticator app or with an SMS code.

HUOM! Tarvitset Ahvenanmaan Postin Microsoft-tilin/käyttäjätunnuksen kirjautuaksesi Ziikiin.
Et ole saanut Microsoft-käyttäjätunnustasi? Ota yhteyttä lähimpään esihenkilöösi tai IT:n Stefaniin, niin saat apua.

NÄIN TEET, kirjautuminen puhelimella/sovelluksella

  1. Lataa Ziik-sovellus, klikkaa Ziik-kuvaketta.
  2. Kirjoita ”alandpost” kohtaan ”Yrityksesi”.
  3. Syötä Ahvenanmaan Postin Microsoft-käyttäjätunnuksesi, klikkaa "Seuraava".
  4. Kirjoita Microsoft-tilisi salasana.
  5. Viimeinen vaihe: Hyväksy kirjautumispyyntö authenticator-sovelluksessa tai tekstiviestikoodilla – VALMIS.

NÄIN TEET, kirjautuminen tietokoneella/verkkoselaimella

  1. Mene osoitteeseen https://alandpost.ziik.io/ selaimessasi.
  2. Klikkaa sinistä painiketta, käytä vain "Entra kirjautuminen" (ÄLÄ käytä "Kirjaudu Ziik-tililläsi").
  3. Syötä Ahvenanmaan Postin Microsoft-käyttäjätunnuksesi, klikkaa "Seuraava".
  4. Kirjoita Microsoft-tilisi salasana.
  5. Viimeinen vaihe: Hyväksy kirjautumispyyntö authenticator-sovelluksessa tai tekstiviestikoodilla.
