PostEurop Philatelic Forum gathered Europe’s postal operators in Åland

On 3–4 June 2025, Åland Post hosted the PostEurop Philatelic Forum, an event for postal operators and companies working with stamps and philately across Europe.

More than 60 participants from 22 postal operators as well as printers, manufacturers, and philatelic experts met in Mariehamn for discussions and presentations on the future of stamp issuing, innovation, and production.

The forum aimed to exchange knowledge and experiences and to promote cooperation among Europe's postal and industry stakeholders, with a focus on the stamp as a medium.

We look forward to continued conversations about the role of the stamp in a digital age.

The Philatelic Forum is organised every other year by PostEurop’s Stamps and Philately Working Group. The 2023 Philatelic Forum was held in Luxembourg, and in 2025 Åland Post was the proud host of the event.
