When you receive a package from overseas that needs to clear customs you can do everything online.
The service concerns postal packages sent to private individuals. Domestic packages from, for example, Ellos, H&M or Hobby hall are consequently not subjected to this customs clearance.
How does it work?
When you receive an arrival notice from Åland Post that your package is available for collection there will also be information about how to declare your consignment. When the customs has been paid Customs will automatically advise Åland Post that the shipment is ready for release or driving out to the customer.
