Nya ledamöter i Åland Posts styrelse
At Åland Post’s Annual General Meeting on 16 April, Roger Nordlund and Joakim Blom were re-elected as members of the Board of Directors.
Lisa Kittelsen, Oskar Karlström and Josephine Thörnroos were elected as new members of the Board.
- Lisa Kittelsen (b. 1983) is an economist with extensive experience in e-commerce and business development. She has a background as an entrepreneur, former Sales Manager at Åland Post, and international experience in strategic marketing.
- Oskar Karlström (b. 1984) (M.Sc. Econ., D.Sc. Tech.) is Professor of Circular Economy at the University of Turku. His expertise includes industrial symbiosis, life cycle assessment, emission reduction strategies, and energy technology with a focus on green energy. He has led sustainability-related research projects in collaboration with companies in the energy, chemical, manufacturing, recycling and maritime industries.
- Josephine Thörnroos (b. 1987) is a lawyer specialised in transport and maritime law. She has previously worked as Compliance Officer at Åland Post, legal counsel at Advokatbyrå Widman & Co, and Claims Executive at Alandia Insurance and Assuranceforeningen Skuld. She also holds a degree in economics and served as a board member of Långnäs Port from 2020 to 2025.
With specialist expertise in areas including business development, sustainability and legal affairs, the new board members strengthen the company’s strategic work.
We thank Tanja Sabel, Jim Bergbo and Terese Åsgård as they conclude their assignments on the Board. Continuity in the Board’s work is ensured through the continued leadership of Chair Roger Nordlund and Vice Chair Joakim Blom.
